Description

As the Head of Sales at Riveton Homes and Properties Ltd, you will play a critical role in managing and leading our sales team to drive revenue and achieve business objectives. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, overseeing the sales process, and building strong relationships with clients and partners. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in real estate sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering results.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and maximize market potential.

2. Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure their success and professional growth.

3. Set sales targets and performance metrics for the team, regularly monitoring progress and taking corrective actions as necessary.

4. Foster a high-performance sales culture that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Identify market opportunities and trends, and provide insights and recommendations to senior management for business growth.

5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, acting as a primary point of contact for major accounts.

6. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the real estate market, competition, and customer needs to drive effective sales strategies.

7. Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

8. Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns and initiatives to support sales objectives.

9. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for presentation to senior management.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Proven experience as a successful sales leader in the real estate industry, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

2. Strong understanding of the real estate market dynamics, trends, and customer behaviour.

3. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies, achieving or exceeding sales targets.

4. Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor a sales team.

5. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.

6. The results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives.

7. Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret sales data and market insights to drive informed decisions.

8. Proactive and self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₦250,000.00 - ₦350,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lagos: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
